When will my purchase arrive?
We try our best to ensure a time and cost effective delivery, of course this is dependent on the courier service, and it’s out of our hands until it reaches you. All our products include FREE delivery via the PostNet-PostNet service. Your package will be delivered to your nearest outlet for collection. If you would like door-door service, please inquire. To ensure a speedy delivery, a physical address and contact number is required (courier items cannot be delivered to postal addresses). Any incorrect information will delay the arrival of your order and cost.
Estimated delivery times:
Delivery to your nearest PostNet usually takes 2-4 days. We will supply a tracking number once dispatched and they’ll notify you once it’s ready for collection.
Will I be charged any Duties and Taxes?
No, you will not be charged any extra duties or taxes.
What if I want to return my purchase?
If the product does not meet your satisfaction due to a factory fault, does not fit, or for any other reasonable reason for a refund, we will accept a return and refund you in full. The customer will be responsible to pay for ALL the shipping (initial and return) to return the product, or arrange a drop-off at our premises in Durbanville. We will only issue a refund once we receive the product.
I need help with the sizing of your products?
If you have any questions relating to the sizing or fit, please don’t hesitate to contact us; as if the item does not fit, the customer will be responsible for ALL the shipping costs (initial and return) to return the product to us, or to exchange it, and we will only issue a refund once we receive the product. You are also more than welcome to come and try on the product at our premises for best fit.

What payment methods are available?
We use local payment gateway PayFast to process payments on our store. They are a secure and authorized service provider. Please click here for more information about them (www.payfast.co.za).
We accept all major credit or debit cards – Visa, Master Card, BitCoin and instant EFT. Charges will depend on your bank and card type.
We also accept payments via SnapScan and Zapper.
Our store currency is ZAR, which means all payments are processed in that currency.
Will I receive an invoice?
You will receive a confirmation of your order, and an invoice from PayFast, Zapper or SnapScan. If you require a more detailed invoice, please contact us.
I would like to become a BLS athlete/ambassador?
We are always looking to partner with athletes! If you think you can partner with us and help us grow the brand, please contact us with a brief proposal.
Brand ambassadors will either receive a discount on certain products, or select athletes receive certain products as full sponsorship. No cash incentives are available to any athlete at the current time.
Brand ambassadors/athletes agree to provide us with photos, be listed on our website as such, and share on social media. They agree to behave in a respectable manner towards the brand. Any behavior putting the brand or any persons associated with the brand in disrepute will result in the loss of the sponsorship. We will revise sponsorships on a yearly basis.
Where are you based?
All our products are manufactured and shipped from Cape Town, South Africa. All returns need to be sent there.
