Where can I purchase your products?

All our products are available exclusively online in our online store. All prices include worldwide courier delivery of 3-5 days.

When will my purchase arrive?

All our products include worldwide courier delivery. We require a physical address and contact number (courier items cannot be delivered to PO boxes). Please ensure you provide the correct day time delivery address and contact number!

Worldwide delivery is 3-5 working days. We use DHL to deliver all products, a tracking number will automatically be sent via the provided email address once the product has been dispatched; the order can be tracked on www.dhl.comPlease note that in some countries the product is passed on to a 3rd party courier to deliver and could therefore affect the tracking and/or delivery times.

Will I be charged any Duties and Taxes?

Depending on your country, you might be charged duties and taxes, please inquire at your local customs office for more information regarding this. You will be notified by DHL if there are any additional charges applicable once the order is on its way to you, and you will be able to pay online using their payment portal to ensure a speedy delivery. You may also request further information from them if you need it.

We take no responsibility for any additional charges incurred. The same returns policy is applied if you are unhappy with the tax or duties charges and wish to return the product. You will be responsible for ALL the shipping charges (initial and return), and a refund will only be issued once we receive the products.

Please make sure you receive the invoice from the customs office and NOT the courier company, as they are known for overcharging. You can request this from them at any time.

Where are you based?

All our products are manufactured and shipped from Cape Town, South Africa. All returns need to be sent there.

What is the warranty on your products?

All products include a 1-year (365 days after date of purchase) warranty for any factory faults. We will replace any product in that period.

Please contact us if you feel you need to submit a warranty claim. All claims will be assessed by our team, and a decision will be made at their discretion. 

What if I want to return my purchase?

If the product does not meet your satisfaction, does not fit, or for any other reasonable reason for a refund, we will accept a return and refund you in full. The customer will be responsible to pay for ALL the shipping (initial and return) to return the product. We will only issue a refund once we receive the product.

I need help with the sizing of your products?

If you have any questions relating to the sizing or fit, please don’t hesitate to contact us; as – if the item does not fit, the customer will be responsible for ALL the shipping costs (initial and return) to return the product to us, or to exchange it, and we will only issue a refund once we receive the product.

What payment methods are available?

We use PayPal to process all payment on our store. They are a secure and authorized service provider. Please click here for more information about them (www.paypal.com).

Payment can be made via a PayPal account by logging in when prompted at checkout or by clicking on the option below to pay with a credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discovery and American Express. Charges will depend on your bank and card type.

Our store currency is US$, which means all payments are processed in that currency.

Will I receive an invoice?

You will receive a confirmation of your order, and an invoice from PayPal. If you require a more detailed invoice, please contact us.

I would like to become a BLS athlete/ambassador?

We are always looking to partner with athletes! If you think you can partner with us and help us grow the brand, please contact us with a brief proposal.

Brand ambassadors will either receive a discount on certain products, or selected athletes receive certain products as full sponsorship. No cash incentives are available to any athlete at the current time. 

Any behavior putting the brand or any persons associated with the brand in disrepute will result in the loss of the sponsorship.  We will revise sponsorships on a yearly basis.

Brand ambassadors/athletes agree to provide us with photos, be listed on our website as such, and share on social media. They agree to behave in a respectable manner towards the brand.

We are committed to protecting your privacy.  This privacy policy applies to all the pages on this website.  All the personal information gathered on the website and throughout the check-out process is only used to identify those that subscribed to the email service, and to fulfill placed orders.  We will not pass on or sell this information.
